Glidevale Protect FrameFoil FR Class A2 fire rated reflective AVCL

Glidevale Protect has launched Protect FrameFoil FR, a Class A2 fire rated reflective air and vapour control layer designed to improve airtightness and thermal performance in internal walls, ceilings and floors. Ideal for modular, offsite and traditional builds, it pairs with Glidevale Protect’s FrameSafe FR external wall breather membrane to offer a fully Class A2 fire rated system solution for low to high rise projects over 11m, including those covered by the UK’s Building Safety Act.

Low emissivity to enhance the thermal performance of walls, ceilings and floors, and suitable for internal use in steel, masonry and timber construction, FrameFoil FR is independently fire tested in both free hanging and system application achieving an A2-s1,d0 reaction to fire classification to exceed current fire regulations.
