On Friday 12th April Glidevale and Protect Membranes attended a very successful breakfast morning at Murdock Builders Merchants in Orby Link, Belfast. This was organised at the request of Murdocks to raise awareness of our joint product offering.
The modest set up drew in a number of interested customers who were greeted by our very own Alan Beggs and Hugh Wilkinson. Between 30 and 40 customers visited the stand to talk to the experts. Although mainly existing customers for Murdocks, it gave all attendees an understanding of the full scope of products available from both brands, and we expect that future purchases from our Irish customers will include new products, in addition to their usual orders.
Attendees were able to take away a choice of Glidevale and Protect branded pens, notepads and travel mugs to help remind them of us when back at work, and of course, the tastiest of breakfast rolls and cups of tea were available to help the conversation flow!
The Murdock team often run breakfast mornings; they’re a great way to catch up with our existing customers and also meet new ones. We will most definitely be supporting our builders’ merchants in the future.
